Rules and Regulations of Camp Springs Vineyard LLC winery building
Room rental
1. Rental fee for the upstairs room is $50 per day. This room seats 50-60 persons for a sit down meal. The downstairs (tasting area) seats about 36 persons for sit down meals. Add $150 per day if the entire winery is to be rented and the business needs to be closed for your event
2. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the upstairs room/winery for a specific date. This will be applied to the rental fee and is due 2 weeks prior to the event. The balance of the rental fee is due on the day of the event.
3. Change of date for the event requires 1 week notice. 4. Cancellations, which occur less than 1 week from the event, will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid 5. Fees are subject to change without notice, a signed rental contract with your deposit confirms your rental fees. 6. Currently Camp Springs Vineyard LLC has seating for 40 persons. If more seating is required, leesee may bring in their own tables and chairs. If Camp Springs Vineyard LLC is requested to supply the additional seating, renters will be charged the extra fee at the time of the event.
Tasting and Tours
1. Tastings are $5 per person for 8 wines. For parties of larger than 10 people, this fee will be paid by the person renting the room/building at the time of payment for rental of the rooms
2. Tours are $1 per person. For parties of larger than 10 people, this fee will be paid by the person renting the room/building at the time of payment for rental of the rooms
Winery Building
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Camp Springs Vineyard LLC reserves the right to terminate use of the winery to any organization or individual that violates the following policies and procedures.
1. The winery shall not be used for any unlawful activity or any activity, which may be disruptive, divisive, unlawful or demeaning to the community.
2. The use of the winery shall be restricted to purposes, which offer community benefits and family events. Community events shall include concerts, banquets, arts & crafts shows, antique shows, product demonstrations, business meetings, training classes, seminars and other deemed appropriate. Family events shall include wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, anniversary celebrations, wedding & baby showers, family reunions class reunions and others deemed appropriate.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside the winery. Smoking is allowed outside the winery or on the porch
4. The only Alcoholic beverages permitted in the winery or on the winery grounds (including the porch, the parking lot and all land owned by Linus Enzweiler) are wines made and sold by Camp Springs Vineyard LLC.
5. If food is to be served, the name of the caterer will be provided to Camp Springs Vineyard LLC at least one week prior to the event. Renters may bring in any food or non-alcoholic drinks themselves, if caterers are not desired. 6. The specific use of the winery facility, beverages and items to be served must be noted upon application and must be approved by Camp Springs Vineyard LLC. 7. The renter is responsible for all actions of the caterer and should inform the caterer of rules and regulations concerning the use of the winery 8. A fee may be added to cover the cost of unnecessary damage to the facility and/or equipment. 9. Tables must be protected from candle wax. 10. No permanent features of the winery may be changed by any renting party. No decorations will be supported by nails, tacks or screws on walls or woodwork without approval of Camp Springs Vineyard LLC. 11. No pyrotechnics may be used in the winery 12. To protect parties involved, equipment and facilities will be inspected before and after each event. 13. No application will be deemed complete, nor a date reserved, until the application fee is received. 14. Lessee shall assume full responsibility for the character, acts and conduct of all persons admitted to the winery during the term of the rental contract. If a violation occurs and is not immediately corrected Lessor will terminate the event and no refund will be permitted. 15. The Lessee shall be liable for all damage to the building and equipment and agrees, to indemnify and hold Camp Springs Vineyard LLC harmless from any claims and suits arising out of injury or death to any person or damage to property resulting from use of the winery. 16. Camp Springs Vineyard LLC reserves the right to refuse rental of the winery to any person, group or organization that has in the past, violated or has shown a disregard for persons or property or who in the opinion of the Lessor did not conduct themselves in a peaceable and appropriate manner 17. Should any rental rules be violated, the full deposit may not be returned. 18. Children must be supervised at all times while they are in the building. ________________________________________ Date
